Jim has been in the IT since 1981. His expertise ranges from systems and database administration to security and research in parallel processing and distributed systems.

Eric Conrad, a SANS Faculty Fellow and course author, has 28 years of information security experience. Eric is the CTO of Backshore Communications and his specialties include Intrusion Detection, Threat Hunting, and Penetration Testing.

Tim serves as the Technical Director of ICS and SCADA programs at SANS, and he is responsible for developing, reviewing, and implementing technical components of the SANS ICS and SCADA product offerings.
