About Lynsey Caldwell

Lynsey Caldwell is the Cyber Workforce Planning Director at Leidos, with over 18 years of diverse experience in IT, cybersecurity, Program Management, and Human Resources. Specializing in addressing human capital challenges within the cyber domain, she leads strategic transformational initiatives that enhance organizational performance, with a focus on Learning and Development. Her technical expertise enables her to effectively bridge the gap between business needs and Human Resources, having spearheaded various cybersecurity initiatives and offered consulting for Fortune 500 companies. Lynsey holds an M.S. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, a B.S. from Metro State University of Denver, and is CISSP and ITIL certified. Recognized with multiple awards for her contributions, she is a strong champion for cybersecurity education and workforce development, forging partnerships with leading organizations.
