The SANS Academy Cup Tournament will run on consecutive evenings, 16-17 April 2025, from 6:30 PM - 9:30 PM Eastern at SANS Orlando 2025. This event will be In-Person only.
An Academy Cup Welcome Reception for all participants and observers will be In-Person before the tournament begins on Wednesday, 16 April 2025, at 5:00 PM Eastern. The reception will feature a special speaker and will serve as an orientation and kick-off to begin the tournament.
An Academy Cup Awards Reception for all participants and observers will follow the conclusion of the tournament on Thursday, 17 April 2025, around 9:30 PM Eastern. The reception will feature a special speaker and we will announce the winning academy.

- Welcome Reception & Event Kickoff – 5:00 - 6:00 PM EDT
- Tournament – 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM EDT
- Tournament – 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM EDT
- Awards Ceremony & Closing Remarks – approximately 9:30 PM - 9:50 PM EDT

The winners of this tournament will have their names and team name engraved on the NetWars Academy Cup traveling trophy. The engraved trophy will be shipped to the location of the winning team's college for display.
